Revice Launch!

So excited to announce the brand Revice I've been working on launching is finally LIVE!
I've been working my booty off on this for almost half a year now. I co-created this brand along with my friend Shai who has been in the denim industry for 20 years. All of the graphics and custom knits are designed by your truly! I also collaborated on the denim design, designed front end web, and oversee marketing. Needless to say I've been a busy lady, but it pays off to see everything up and running!

Revice is a line of vintage inspired denim & graphic tees all made in USA. We made top quality product and sell directly to our constomers on our web store, which eliminates retail markups. That pretty much means the denim & tees are half as much as they normally would cost!
Below are some photos of the tee & denim designs!

Mate the Label Designs

Been waiting for what seemed like forever for this collection to drop! I have been collaborating with Mate since the beginning of this year. Last season I contributed a few designs, but very excited to have designed the bulk of this collection! The theme was "when you're strange", a mix of vintage rock meets mystic. The designs are a mix of illustration and altered or hand drawn type. Below I have all the designs I created. Check out their website below to see everything else :)

Hey there

Back from hiatus. Well that's the plan at least. I took a break from blogging because my schedule was just way too crazy, and you would be surprised the amount of time a blog takes up.
But I've recently joined the scary/exciting world of freelance and want to resurrect the old blog!
These photos were done by my talented friend chuck (@chuck). We took these photos in the gorgeous downtown office of Mate the Label, one of my freelance clients. I'm wearing one of their Dailies basic tees and a Hand picked vintage Harley tee from their site. If you aren't familiar with the brand you need to check out their site, awesome graphic tees and a few coming out designed by yours truly :)

Urban Outfitters Designs

For the past 8 months I have been doing graphic design for Truly Madly Deeply. We are an Urban Outfitters private label brand. We also do design work for Forever 21 and Anthropologie.

There's a bit of a lag time between designing and when your stuff actually comes out. Finally some of my designs are being released!  So excited to see my stuff on Urban's website, It seems surreal.
It's been so great working on design I would actually want to wear!

Here are two of the my designs that came out this week:

Check out and buy designs on their website here:

Wolf Tee Collaboration

I recently teamed up with the ladies at Coast to Coast Central on a design collaboration. They are featuring one of my illustrations on a tee with a portion of the proceeds benefiting an orphanage in Cambodia. I'm so excited to be apart of this awesome venture! Check out the hash tag #thewolftee to see readers rocking it on intagram! Read more about the tee and see some photos below.

BUY THE TEE HERE

Around the globe, many children wake up without roofs over their heads and without anything to eat. Unfortunately, this is the reality for 132 million orphans, with 5,760 children added to this astonishing number every single day.

Coast to Coast Central is building a farm in Kampong Thom, Cambodia, which will help sustain an orphanage of 80 children. The farm will provide all the funding necessary for the orphanage to attain sustainable efficiency, eliminating the need for monthly donors. The farm will not only provide the children with a home and a strong place of support, but they will also provide three meals a day, health care, and an education for the orphans. Through this project, many children will be able to experience loyalty for the first time, and this project will help give these children all the tools they need in order achieve success, as well as provide them with the opportunities to fulfill their dreams.

When you buy a Wolf Tee, you are making an investment in the lives of these boys and girls, and you are empowering them to dream. Twenty-five percent of the proceeds from the Wolf Tee go toward funding the Cambodian Farm.

Jedidiah Summer 2013

Below are some pictures of Jedidiah's summer 2013 shirts. I designed all of the ladies tees and a few of the mens! You can find some of them here: http://www.jedidiahusa.com/store/

It's kind of a bitter sweet time for me. My time at Jedidah has ended, and I'm on my way to LA next month to purse new adventures. I had a great year designing for them and certainly learned a lot. I got a position designing men's T-shirts for a private label brand that sells exclusively to Macy's. It's a step up for me, but I'll miss designing my funky ladies tees. I'm very excited to start life in a new city! Especially one with such a big fashion & art scene. If you live in LA please send me an email! I'll need restaurant tips & new friends! haha :)

Mosaic Bird Illustration

My friend recently had me design him another tattoo! He wanted it to have a similar look to the deer illustration he got tattooed here:
http://daniroxanne.blogspot.com/2013/04/my-art-tattooed.html
This is one of a few different versions I have for him. He hasn't yet decided which one to use or if it's going to be in color or black and white. But this one is my favorite of the potential versions! I'm so excited to see it done and I'll be sure to post photos of the finished product! I'm also using this artwork for a potential T-shirt graphic shown below.

My Art Tattooed

Recently my friend Sebastain got one of my illustrations tattooed to this forearm. I was nervous but so excited! This is the first time my art has ever been tattooed (that I know of...). The thought of my art being on somebody's body forever is just wild. It tuned out pretty awesome! Below I have some photos I took & the original illustration. If you want to get one of my pieces tattooed or want me to design one for you please send me an email!

Coachella Day 3

Weekend two starts today and I so badly want to go again! On the last day of Coachella I decided to get a little fierce. I nearly died when I saw this dress, It's just too perfect. Got this baby at H&M just a few weeks ago, so they are probably still there so go snag yourself one! Sunday I RSVP-ed for the Lacoste Live party but totally forgot about it! After looking at Instagram and seeing my favorite fashion bloggers posting pictures there I was so bummed! Ahhh I could have meet Christina Cordona, Bonnie Barton, & Aimee Song! And the worst...Alexa Chung was there. My Idol!
Totally dropped that ball on that one.

This week I was super inspired by the fashion I saw at Coachella! Ton's of tropical prints, high wasited shorts, and adorable cropped tops. As a T-shirt designer I couldn't help but notice a bunch of awesome graphic tees. Such an amazing source of inspiration. Below I have a desert inspired design I created yesterday. Until next year Coachella!

Men's T-shirt designs

This week I have been working on men's T-shirt designs at work. I have been playing a lot with hand drawn fonts as you can see. This week I was inspired by nature, adventure & vintage elements. I tend to design very feminine graphics, but it's fun go out of my element once and awhile and design some men's graphics. Even thought they probably still look slightly feminine! I just can't help myself. Below you can see a few of my designs alone & Mocked up on t-shirts.
